Can I wear my motocross pants snowboarding?

My motocross pants are really nice and hot as hell and they seem to be the same types of fabric as my snowboarding pants that are getting too small. I don't wanna spend a fortune on new snowboard pants unless I have to. Do you think I would be cold or that it would ruin my motocross pants?

3. It depends if they are waterproof - if they aren't you will end up with wet pants and a cold a$$. Give them a try though!
4. Well, you would look different but I think it would work, and wouldn't tear up ur MX pants by no means, but if they aren't water proof, you will be freezing you a** off if you don't layeer up
