Are snowboarding pants ok just to wear around?

Is wearing snowboarding pants around ok? I see some people wearing theirs around with hoodies. I think I like the look for winter.

7. Definitly. They define a style relative to snowboarders just like other styles are defined by others. Plus they're plenty comfy to wear if you live where winter hits. For just wearing around, shop for the lined types which can be worn by themselves. The unlined types are made to wear over other pants or a base layer. Pair them with a fav hoodie, long sleeve tee, hiking shoes or boots.
