  1. Just look for a good pair of snow pants, they should work.
  2. THe suggested numbers are to stay above 10k waterproofing and breathability, this will give you optimal warmth and dryness. Some sites I would checkout for gear. http://backcountryoutlet.com http://moosejaw.com http://dogfunk.com http://www.sierrasnowboard.com/ http://the-house.com http://www.boardparadise.com/snow/ http://www.whiskeymilitia.com/ - timed sales, you could get lucky though.
  3. This is an easy answer. You won't find anything warmer than under armour. It's expensive but expensive for a reason:because its the warmest stuff on the market. I used to go to Dicks and buy stuff that I thought was good and it should have been with the price of it but I was never as warm as I am now that I wear Under Armour Clothing. And they do make just about everything you could ever need except for helmets and goggles. Heres a good pair of mens pants http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/mens/sports/snow-sports/apparel/outerwear/snow-pants/pid1006206-Men-s-Edge-II-Pant/1006206-001 and a good pair of womans pants http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/womens/sports/snow-sports/pid1006234-Women-s-Edge-II-Pant/1006234-001 Buy Under Armour and You're buying Warm. Also I suggest you buy this online if you have a credit card because the selection is better, and it will be free shipping because of the cost. If you have to you could try Dicks Sporting Goods but they don't always have everything that is available off the website.
  4. Get Northface. They are good quality, they last long, and they are warm. Standing out in the park for a long time can get freezinggg. There are some that are tight fitted. I have those. I used to have Spyder but Northface was really good too.
